CLASS SCHEDULE
During the school year, classes will be held at the Mizzour Rec Center Martial Arts Room
Beginers meet for 1 hour twice a week either Tuesday/Thursday.

Monday/Wednesday we have kids classes at Steven's Lake Rec Center through the Parks and Rec program from 6-7pm.
We also have teens/adult classes there from 7-830, and a Saturday morning class from 9-10:30.
Training schedule changes someitmes, so be sure to check it for updates.
Beginners bring casual work out clothes, with a top that people can grab.
