| WELCOME The Mizzou JuJitsu KoDenKai is a martial arts club with classes at the MizzouRec center, based on the Japanese art of JuJitsu and the Hawaiian Martial Arts system of DanZan Ryu JuJitsu of the KoDenKan. We presently offer classes in DanZan Ryu JuJitsu with the esoteric arts and values of Aloha (loving spirit), Ohana (family spirit), Kokua (helping spirit), Hula (inner spirituality), and Lomilomi (healing spirit). Other related subjects taught are; Ki, Kiai, Meditation, Massage, Go and Konane. |
